WALKING AND CYCLING:

For those among you who love walking and the mountains, here’s a welcome with open arms: the Sainte Baume Massif, the Verdon Gorges, the Sainte Croix lake.
The walking trips are numerous and varied.
One hour or one day walker, alone, with family or among friends the sites to pay visit to are numerous and very easy to reach. Trips do run from 1 1/2 mile (1h30) up to 10 miles (6h30) making you discover the Provence Verte (Green Provence).

For the bike fans, 22 circuits are at disposal, they are very much appreciated by those who used them.

The "Provence Verte" the green Provence has an exeptionnal situation with lots of springs and rivers. The Sainte Baume calcareous mountain range, works as a "natural water tower", passing by Saint Maximin, Pourrières, Nans les Pins, Plan d'Aups, Néoules, Garéoult, Tourves, Barjols, Seillons source d'Argens, Varages, Tavernes, Ponteves, Montfort sur Argens, Correns, Chateauvert, Brignoles, Vins sur Caramy, Carcès, Entrecasteaux, Bras...
